Former Herd Sires

HL RED Dog 87L (EPDs)did many things for us as we strive to breed excellent females, he left us with pigmented, good uddered females, very desirable and attractive.

	WILLIS 10H WC 0601 ET (EPDs) is an embryo bull sired by World Class.  He developed into an impressive, pigmented sire sure to sire desirable females.  We used him as a yearling.  0601 sold to Walker Herefords, LaGrange, Texas.
	Feltons 666 (EPDs) was a trait leader in three of the four ecomomic indexes measured by the AHA.  A super low birth weight bull.  An injury cut his service short.  Daughters have developed into small efficient calf producers. He was a thick made, aggressive breeder.
	WILLIS 51M 494 (EPDs) is a 51M son we raised.  He exhibited extreme muscle and thickness.  We have several cows by him that we are very pleased with.  He sired the right kind of easy keeping female, and masculine bull.

 

BJH 51M LEADER 71U (EPDs) is a bull purchased in the Blue Jacket dispersal.  We have never assisted a 71U calf at birth.  He is the best calving ease bull we have ever used.  He sired excellent, useful females.

BJH 25K PROSPECTR 51M (EPDs) is the foundation sire of our herd.  Purchased from Blue Jacket Herefords in Eudora, Kansas as a yearling, 51M has influenced our herd more than any sire.  He has been designated a Sire of Distinction and Trait Leader in the breed.  Many of our cows are daughters and granddaughters.  He is a multi-trait leader.

BJH 80L DYNAMO 48P (EPDs) is another Blue Jacket sire that has produced some outstanding females for us.  Positive traits include light birth weights, fast growing calves, cows that milk and plenty of eye pigment
